Did not keep as pans which were supposed to be 10" and 12" circumference were actually 9" & 11" at base of pan. Why do mfr'rs do that!? They were lovely pans/covers--as was a gift the recipient did not like 'em so sent 'em back.

Good replacement lid (2010-02-07)
I bought this to replace the one my husband broke and even though the pan I have is a Calphalon, this lid didn't seem to have a perfect fit. I still use it anyway and haven't had any problems with it.
