From quick finger foods to fancy desserts, Calphalon's jelly roll pan is the most versatile baking pan you'll ever buy. The shallow sides are ideal for baking small-portion foods such as fries, fish fillets and breadsticks. And our brownie pan is the preferred size and depth for brownies or other quick-bake cakes. Colors affect baking performance because they conduct heat differently. That's why our bakeware features a two-tone design: a silver grey surface underneath assures efficient baking time and a medium grey surface on top protects against overbrowning. Heavy-duty construction means no twisting or warping. And our advanced nonstick surface releases even sticky baked goods easily.

Great Pan (2008-03-31)
Have only used it a couple of times but I love it. Will get other matching pieces.
excellent pan for brownies (2008-03-28)
This is the second one of these pans that I have purchased. We have 2 homes and I liked it so much that I bought another so I would have one in both places. It is perfect for any brownie recipe for a 13x9 pan. The brownies bake up perfectly. Just remember to line your pan with parchment paper that hangs over the narrower 2 edges. You will be very happy with your baking results.
Perfect for baking (2008-01-27)
I bought this pan especially to bake biscuits in. I needed a non-stick pan with low sides and this one works perfect! My home-made biscuits just slide off and I just wipe if off with a sudsy washcloth, rinse, dry and put it away. It is made of heavy gauge metal and it's very sturdy.
EXCELLENT pan! (2007-12-04)
I've owned my Calphalon Brownie Pan for 6 years, and absolutely LOVE it! I'm ordering a 2nd & 3rd one today. We have the largest toaster oven that I could find, and this pan fits in it. We've used it for everything from baking fish, making cinnamon rolls, baking cakes, broiling steak, garlic bread, cookies.... and I think we've made a couple of batches of brownies in it. With 5 kids, it tends to rotate in and out of the toaster oven a LOT, and has held up wonderfully. I'm ordering 2 more so that we don't have to wash it 3 & 4 times a day. (It DOES go through the dishwasher, too! And that's a HUGE perk at our house!)
